As a designer, artist and art director in print and film, Wade's career spans 25 years. His work has been featured in Graphis, Art Direction, Communication Arts, and Print magazines. He has been recognized by the New York Art Directors Club, The Houston Art Directors Club, the Los Angeles Advertising Club, and The Clios. He has been a guest lecturer at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, Texas A&M University, the American Advertising Federation and the Sacramento Artist and Art Directors Club. He has served on the board of The American Institute of Graphic Arts, San Diego chapter. Wade is a founding member of Surfing Artists International, a global publisher of surf art. His work is exhibited in galleries and museums on both coasts, and in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and England. A few of his clients include Roxy Girls Surfwear, Billabong, The Surfrider Foundation, and Nat Nast Men's Apparel.
